Good morning! Where did the long weekend go?

I started today with a simple breakfast of crunchy almond butter and pumpkin butter on an English muffin with hazelnut coffee….easy and quick for a Monday morning.
How is your day today? My day always seems busier after a long weekend- just trying to catch up. I have some diabetes consults, boot camp, and weight loss class this evening….should be a fun, but busy day!
Last chance to enter my Trader Joe’s Giveaway….I’ll choose a winner later tonight! Have a great Monday!

Yay for simple breakfasts! Yeah, things do seem busy after a long weekend – for some reason people get bored and decide to send me lots of email and then call me on Tuesday to find out if I’d handled it yet, haha.

Hey girl. Question for you. I see that you eat noticeably less than what other food bloggers do, say Kath or Jenna. I’m just curious why that is. I notice they have a fairly active workout schedule and you tend to be super busy with work, so maybe because of less chance to exercise. Just wondering. (I always value an RD’s opinion on this.)

Almonds and pumpkin go so well together
I’m not entering the giveaway because I live in the UK and shipping would cost a fortune…you got a mention on my blog anyway
Have a great Monday!

Sometimes I like to have a simple breaky too, something light but filling. Your food looks really good. I’m really enjoying reading your blogs. Keep em coming girl!’
