Good morning sunshine!

I started my day with some tropical oats….

Banana oats with chunks of juicy mango and the last scrapings from my almond butter jar. Delish!

And, a yummy cup of this bold Green Mountain coffee…

Check out these tomatoes that Anthony brought in from our garden yesterday…

And, one of the largest cucumbers I’ve ever seen!

If you have a second, check out my post You Are Beautiful Today. I’m participating in a Women’s Health Blogfest with a group of about 40 other Registered Dietitians today and this is one of the most important messages that I could think of related to women’s health.

Have a great Wednesday!

    Hey Angie!

Ah I love your tropical oats, and that cucumber is HUGE! Good find, haha! I actually picked some summer squash from my garden yesterday. I’m thinking about stuffing it and baking it. I’m sure a cucumber would be good like that, too!

I’m going to go check out your article:) Have a great Wednesday!

    Love,
    Meg

Coconut sounds so good! I thought of adding coconut this morning and realized we had NONE in the house. Great idea though!

Wow, I am super jealous of your garden bounty. Mine isn’t producing anything yet except basil.

Your tomatoes & cucumber look awesome! We have only had a few ripe cherry tomatoes, but they never make it into the house as we eat them right off the vine… I can’t wait for all the tomatoes to finally get ripe. Home-grown tomato season is my favorite part of summer! :)

    Have a great day!

Love the tropical oats! That mango looks delicious. And all that fresh produce looks wonderful! It’s so nice that you grew it yourself. Garden tomatoes are one of my favorite things :)

    Fabulous looking oats Angie :)

I loved your post on ‘you are beautiful today’. Why is it so many women and in fact I think ALL women at some point in their lives feel unhappy with how they look and feel in the skin they are in. I know I certainly have and I know I will again! I also struggle with loving whats underneath as well sometimes which is something that I am always working on. I’m sure i’ll get there one day. I have the love and support of a wonderful husband and I have lots of thinks to be thankful for. Anyway, I’m waffling on.

    Hope you’re having a wonderful Wednesday :)
