Good morning!! I stayed in bed until the last possible minute this morning, so now I’m rushing around to make it to work….Coffee first (in my “borrowed” cup).
Then, back to my Old Faithful favorite cereal combo for a quick breakfast:
- Kashi Honey Sunshine
- Special K with chocolate
- blueberries + raspberries
- milk
I love this combination!
Today’ s agenda:
- full day of diabetes nutrition consults
- teach afternoon Sculpt class
- teach afternoon Rock Bottom class
Now, I have exactly 5 minutes left to make it out the door on time! Wish me luck….

Your job always sounds so interesting! I’d love to ‘shadow’ you one day…hehe. I have been applying to volunteer at a local hospital and hoping it can be in a dietetics department!

I love cereals and i notice you tend to eat a mix of cereals each time for breakfast. i was just wondering how much of each type of cereal do you add to your bowl? will that be considered 1 or 2 servings of carbs?
by the way, love reading your blog as it not too lengthy and it’s nice to learn and be inspired to eat right from a nutritionist!
